The Teen Mom Finale Special, brings together the four faces of Teen Mom — Farrah, Maci, Amber and Catelynn — for an issue-driven, host-moderated forum their fans have been waiting for. In this show — the season’s final episode — we’ll check up on the moms to see what’s new in each of their lives. The babies will be there, of course, along with their daddies and other supporters as well. How has life changed since we last saw these moms in action? Which couples are making it work, and which ones are falling apart? And what do these teen moms have to say to each other?
